INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

ANXIETY & STRESS SUPPORT

For: Chronic worry, panic attacks, high-functioning anxiety, emotional overwhelm
We’ll work together to calm your nervous system, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and uncover the deeper roots of your anxiety so you can feel more grounded and in control.

  • Breathing techniques, meditation. Having multiple tools to choose from helps you decide which might work best for you.

  • We’ve all done it. We’ll teach you how to stop it.

  • Box breathing, 4-7-8 breathe. We’re here to teach you.

Late Cancellation / No-Show Policy Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full fee. We understandthat life happens, and will do our best to be flexible when possible. Insurance We are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, we are happy to providea detailed invoice for out-of-network reimbursement.
