ABOUT US

Healing begins where you feel safe, seen, and held. This practice was built as a refuge—somewhere you can come as your full, unfiltered self, without the need to perform, defend, or stay composed.

We service all of Wisconsin providing either in-person or virtual sessions & currently have immediate openings for new clients.

WE BELIEVE HEALING IS NOT ABOUT BECOMING SOMEONE NEW

At Blue Skies Counseling, we believe healing isn’t about becoming someone different—it’s about coming home to your most authentic self. Our practice is grounded in the belief that every person carries an inner resilience, even in seasons when life feels heavy, overwhelming, or uncertain.

Therapy is an invitation to reconnect with that resilience, gently and at a pace that feels right for you. We’re a small, intentional team of therapists who are devoted to creating safe, affirming spaces for growth and emotional well-being.

Our approach is trauma-informed, compassion-driven, and rooted in deep, attentive listening. We understand that healing is not a straight line, and we’re here to walk alongside you—wherever you are in your process—with presence, curiosity, and genuine care.

  • “My work with my therapist at Blue Skies has changed me in ways I didn’t expect. I arrived overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of who I was becoming. Through our sessions, I’ve learned to honor my limits, pay attention to what my body is telling me, and speak to myself with far more compassion.”

    — MONICA L.

  • “Therapy at Blue Skies has been such a grounding part of my life. I never felt rushed or judged—just gently guided back to myself. I feel better than I’ve felt in years.”

    — LESLIE C.

  • “I thought therapy would be about fixing problems. Instead, it’s helped me rebuild my relationship with myself. My therapist met me with so much warmth and understanding. I didn’t realize how much I needed that until I found it.”

    — ROGER T.

THESE BELIEFS ARE NOT JUST WORDS

WHAT WE BELIEVE IN

At Blue Skies, our work is guided by core values that shape every interaction, every session, and every space we hold. These beliefs are not just words—they’re woven into how we show up for you.

Healing is not linear

We honor that growth takes time, and that every journey looks different. There’s no rush, no “right” way—only what feels true for you in this moment.

You are the expert of your own story.

We’re here to walk beside you, not ahead of you. Our role is to support your self-discovery, not direct it. We trust your inner wisdom, and help you reconnect with it.

Your safety comes first.

Emotional safety is foundational to any therapeutic work. We create a space where you can speak freely, feel held, and explore at your own pace—always with consent and care.
